I believe there's a bug, it's not working properly, not on every device, after signing up and writing all the profile details and hitting next, the app stuck even before hiding the keyboard and I have to force closing it .. I used it on many phones but not on my new one with this unique screen size, I hope there's a solution coming very soon!

This network provider is worthless. At first the rate at which you people consume my data is alarming(20gb in less than 10days). secondly, no notification on if I still have data or not and lastly, how on earth did you people switch to my airtime deduction when my data is exhausted. Which network provider does that in this modern age? Mtcheew

Useful app to control your account, check quota, balance, reload and switch between packages. However, upon reaching your quota limit you cannot use the app to top up or renew your package. I suggest that the developer should allow the users to use the app or browse at reduced speed to top up and renew their packages.

Extremely poor networking and very very very extremely bad UI & UX. If you're hiring, I am a 110% sure I can do a better job than this non functioning excuse of a sh*tty app!! This I write after trying to change my package for the past bloody hour with no success. You have no idea the hate for you I am writing this with rn!!!

This app is as useful as eating a soup with a fork, if you're planning to relay on the app to top-up, re-subscribe to a package before your quota is over, just forget it, just keep trying, if the stars aligned proberly, you might get it done withing two to three business days.

The app does not work properly ... the status of subscription is not updated correctly !!!! The products & services are BADLY named !!! Error messages are mislieading !!!! UI is terrible !!!!

It requests you to update and hides the main screen, but when you give in and press "update" it hangs in "pending", you either design an update that works at least, or don't enforce it, the app became useless!

not bad. wish you notified your users by having a notice on your site telling them they can access their account and service easily, or promote the app, make it your primary objective, I only found out about it through Facebook while asking how else to manage my 4G contract, merely because I was desperate since you've blocked access via mobile data internet abruptly. keep up the good work~ 👈
