Use the app for more than two years as appointed by employer. Either crash or loading-forever all the time when trying to login again after app updated, and i'm pretty sure using the compatable Android version as required. It takes days to be successfully login again, which is super annoying. My coworkers encounter the same issue as well.

App consistently says network error detected and has no connectIvity even when the connection for all other apps is fine. Even after closing and restarting the app multiple times still no connectivity. Even a hard reboot of the phone does not solve this and then it will suddenly work fine after 2 hours of trying to reserve parking. This happens frequently.

using the most up to date version of the app on a Samsung Galaxy S7 on Android 8.0. app takes forever to load (white screen for 15-20 seconds). also it constantly crashes in the background. the crashing is a recent issue (past week). but it always took forever to load.

App freezes after going through the several continue menu wizard. Install and Uninstalled several times with no luck. Using galaxy s9. Lots of bad feedback here that go back several months on the stability of the app. Luum, what is the status on fixes?

Used to be okay but the latest version made it crash every time. Super frustrating. Developers: don't you guys do testing at all? Before pushing an "update"? Super bad engineering practice. Not just one time, from the reviews, it is obvious it has been ongoing and repeatedly.

I've only had the app for like 48 hours and I consistently throws error messages saying the app has closed suddenly. I've only intentionally opened it a few times. Settle down, Luum! If this keeps up then I'll delete it and just use our employers desktop version to track commute points.

It was great until it stopped working. I upgraded to a Samsung Galaxy S10+ and now it freezes everytime I open the app. I would alter my rating if they can correct it. I've already contacted their support services but have gotten no solutions.

"Recent commute" feature is broken, it doesn't save my most recent commute and show as a quick selection option, instead it shows some really old commute. Aside from this the app works ok.
