I get very frustrated with this app as it doesnt save your progress when you read when you switch from different devices. Very inconvenient when you are typically on a computer but have to switch to your phone because you arent home. Not to mention, on mobile devices, you cannot click on the the images to make them larger, which really takes away from the text book because they are usually important charts with data and informations. "Check out the graph below" well i cant soooo...

Just give the option to download the book that I bought instead of limiting to only 10 pages at a time! The option to read in my language, norwegian, isn't working optimal. Cant even used the reading mode in english either because there's a lot of equations and diagram in the book that get lost when using reading mode! But I do love the Achieve, would give more stars if I could download the book I paid for, because im working back and forth through the books.

Please. Fix your app. For us all. Everyone will benefit. People will leave better reviews on your app, and students will be able to actually excess thier REQUIRED textbooks, possibly download, and read them on their mobile devices. I have both my phone and a tablet that I store all, ALL of my textbooks on, as they are all digital. This is now a digital learning age and the systems and products COLLEGE students are using are clearly not even trying to keep up with the times. Such Cruel irony.

Really great to have on my phone!!! But it is really confusing to get it initially someone else posted the proper way to log in that's the only way I got it to work. You have to go to your school portal and create an account with virtual learning or something like that then you can log in here. Again I think someone else in the comments explained it better but if your having trouble logging in its probably for this reason.

This app doesn't seem to work if your school uses a link (if it does, it's not worth your time trying to figure it out). If you download the Vitalsource Bookshelf app, that should work with what you need. Just go to your book's link in a browser and navigate from there.

I downloaded the app and tried putting in my account info, it continued to say my account info was inaccurate. Other option was a link which I couldn't figure out either. Tried contacting support & all they said was it could Be an app for a different country.. looking at all the details this looks to Be American. I tried making a new account and putting in my access code and it said it was invalid as well.. this needs to get fixed! Alot of students use their phones to access school books or work

Load times take forever, text often trails off screen, and when scrolling through pages it constantly jumps back several pages, making it genuinely unusable when it happens. Put some of that textbook money into fixing this app, Macmillan.

Sorry for everyone who didnt figure out how to download it :( this app is amazing and im glad i can read my book on my ereader to save my eyes. Log in to your school portal, click on the textbook link, and click achieve. At the top right corner is a down arrow, click it and then click on the line that DOESNT day "open in app" but the other one hope this helps!
