Wonderful app which provides all types of services for Home maintenance or large scale maintenance of building. I can easily manage and track the service provider and schedule the time at which he arrives. I used it while moving into my new place which required multiple services of different types,which was all available in the app with the perfect pricing.

The app keeps crashing on (my orders) page, I already raised a concern but no reply from the support. The handyman I hired is absolutely away from professionalism, not answering my follow up calls bring new issues to the table to raise the work fees, took the appliance on the 20th and almost now 48 hours with no response when he will return it I had hopes for this app but will never use it again

Love this app! Proffessional workers, great service, timely and with a good price. The customer service also stands out! I've requested a service once and while the technician was there i asked him for extra work outside the order and he agreed with additional price. Afterwards, the customer service called for feedback to ensure there wasn't any fraud since the price I've paid is too high for the service i ordered. Keep the good work!

There is a bug for months now, app crash whenever you go to my orders, I contacted them numerus times, they know about the bug but yet they didn't fix it, will keep one star till the big is fixed

Your service providers, within you top list, never maintain their appointments even after confirmation. This is totally unacceptable. And after waiting for hours and follow ups they simply reply they can't provide the service. This is destroying the trust on you for ever. Your billing system is not clear and no guarantees. What you are doing ? If your strategy has been changed ... let us know so I will help others to know better about you.

"My order" page glitches, and the app turns off every time. Same issue for over 6 months.

Became very bad service & price wise. Unprofessional technicians who works hsrdvto empty your pocket. If you give a tech one star the app won't show it. Help in the app is useless. They don't respond nor solve any issue. Take my advice ... Stay away from Maharah.
