unreliable and a lot lot lot of problems with the apps! request for a ride with 3 shuttles right in front of me at the station, only to pop out with "high demands and cannot provide service"... the driver seem to understand my situation but cannot offer a ride since they need to follow the apps procedure... please fixed it properly

Good service, but we, senior are unable to know where is the pick up as we are so use to have a bus stop. Suggest can add in the same of this service in the allocate bus stop especially at tg bungah market, where is the pick up? This morning I have bad experience n have to carry my heavy food stuff n walk around n find.. The driver is v good he waited for me longer as allocate time. Tks v much keep up the good service n many is unaware of this service but advertise in the TV.

Nice carpool concept with good price. But the apps system is quite funny. Waiting time & no. of stops away can sometimes increase >1hr than original schedule after booking. Then when cancel due to waiting for too long, need to wait longer before can book another ride. No guarantee once in transit the next stop is your turn for drop-off. Had experience in transit for 1-hour for 10mins distance from pick up to drop off since limited drivers need to pick up new cust without drop off old cust first.

I had to stand in the van cause apparently the app cannot calculate how many people in the van whereas there is another van which was empty. also support in email is not responding to my email. bad app and customer support.

Have the app installed on my phone for the longest time (since Kumpool days and when they didn't yet separate SJ and USJ as 2 separate entities) but only recently used it. Have to say I'm hugely impressed. Took the RapidKL DRT & the wait was at most 5-8 minutes. The van was clean & trip + driver were all very pleasant. If there's something minor to complain about it, it's probably the app with constant pop-up for ticket (?), a Google Maps landing page that's hard to get back to the Kummute page

Disappointment. Tried using the App again but still failed to get any driver. Scheduled a ride on Kummute but driver never come. There is no driver details or contact number. What is the point of scheduling the ride but no one gonna come? If there is no driver coming, please at least inform the passager to cancel or let the passager know what time you are coming. This is a waste of time and a scam as they charged rm1 for cancellations...

was well made and effective with one small complaint. Critical area in the app were taken up by advertisements with big banner "Free Trial" which may confuse older folks new to the app. These free trial apps has hidden automatic charges after 1 month trial period.

YOUR DRIVERS NEVER MOVE. I booked and it says 'arriving in 2 min', waited 15 min and the van is still at the same location. But if I want to cancel it will penalise me instead??? It's not my fault that I need to cancel when the driver doesn't even move. This happens ALL THE TIME. The van is right there, NO driver in sight. I wait and wait and the driver is off doing GOD KNOWS WHAT, taking their sweet time to waste mine. I see a lot of other people also facing this issue and NOTHING IS BEING DONE
