They have the best customer service if you mean by the best is non-existent. The chat is not working, it just keeps on reloading. And no local number to be reached-out, international number is also not responding. Their viber is in oblivion. I believe they have a good system and good UI, but unless they want their users to die in hypertension, they need to FIX CUSTOMER SERVICE! ***k!

Absolute disaster from start to finish. I booked a few tickets for Tokyo Tower, and due to an error on the app as the payment didn't go through needed to book once again but ended up getting charged twice. After back an forth with people from customer care for 2 weeks the best they could do was give some credits as compensation even though it was the app's fault. And that's not even the worst part, I got marked both bookings as completed and now I can't use either of the tickets.

Horrible customer service. I have a simple issue which takes them more than a day to reply, but they close the chat within 4 minutes of me not replying. I wait HOURS they wait MINUTES. Ridiculous. Never had issues dealing with them previously, all was good but the customer service really pulled everything down.

If you don't mind a guide taking advantage of you/yelling/acting threatening enough for you to not feel safe enough to be on the trip (along with at least 4 other people who left in some compacity due to the guide) and you having to pay more than the trip to get home and not so much as a partial refund from klook for the experience, sure use their services. I on the other hand will never use klook again and make it my life mission to warm everyone about the risks of using their services.

Terrible customer service and terrible booking. Could not even book a roundtrip to Macao and the customer service blames me for not having all the required information. First they say it was system error then they say it was my error. They would not tell you if your booking encountered errors even close to the boarding time. So you better hope there's no problem or you have to chase them down yourself. Absolutely a joke of a company. Use other booking apps instead of this.

DO NOT USE KLOOK. Several things to note if you do plan to use: 1. They don't always have the same timeslots as operator. Ex. Teamlab Borderless 2. Compare prices to operator. Prices are slightly cheaper if not the same and it's mostly due to FX fluctuation. 3. READ THE FINE PRINT. Seriously, read it like you're a lawyer. Everything is hidden and not all in the attraction page. Even more annoying on the mobile app. 4. Cust. Service sucks. They will try and disconnect you asap

I recently purchased the Klook Pass Greater Tokyo, where we selected four attractions. During the booking process, for some unknown reason, the system booked the same attraction twice for the same day! I immediately contacted customer support, who assured me they would fix the issue. After that, I had to follow up several times, with no resolution for over two weeks. Finally, they came back saying it was "policy" and that nothing could be done. Absolutely unacceptable! Stay Away

I’d avoid buying any travel products from them. Their customer service is terrible and just doesn’t help with issues. I bought two Taiwan High-Speed Railway tickets, and when I tried to redeem them at the station, they wouldn’t accept them. I followed the steps to cancel online but couldn’t get it done, and customer service never responded. This ended up making me miss the 30-minute cancellation window. When I asked for a refund，they only offered 30% back - and in points!
