Launched in 2009, helloaddress is Kerala's own real estate portal from Malayala Manorama Co. Ltd. The portal is dedicated in catering all the needs of a customer looking for a property in Kerala, be it residential, agricultural, commercial or industrial.

For the app to perform, it requires the following permissions,

1. Camera : This is to capture the pictures of a property to post it for sale, rent or lease.
2. Contacts: This is to add a property contact to your contact list.
3. Location: The app now has a location alert feature, to enable location based alerts for properties, the app requires permission to access your location.
4. SMS, Telephone: You can contact the user who has posted the property using SMS or directly calling the user for more information.
5. Storage: This is required to move the app to a secondary storage if you run out of space in your phone.
