I have taken a subscription through this application but I'm unable to access my account. A message saying suspicious activity detected, contact tutor is getting displayed. But unfortunately, there is no provision for seeking customer support help. I have texted the tutor, but no avail. This app is exhibiting absolutely zero accountability. Please take a prompt action in this regard, else I would have to knock the doors of a Consumer's Court.

If you are looking for any online IIT JAM course, Mathscare is here. Go for it. Worth using it. But I have one suggestion : There should be different folders when we download offline videos. Like everything what we download get mix. So there should be folders 📂 for each subject.
