After lSince the last update, when I log in regularly to Mark Punch, the camera opens but the app hangs, after which the option of wait or close app comes up, due to which I have to close the app and attendance is not marked.

Worst app ever for the professional life... I'm unable to mark-in and mark-out after some days of using this app. In the beginning, it was working fine... But from last 10 days it has became a headache... Sometimes it shows no location and sometimes it shows me configured location not found, even at my office. Plz fix this issue if you are capable of doing it!

The app is good but I always have to turn off the developers options for attendance, without turning off developer options ,the attendance is not registered. Fix it , please.

Good app to use.User friendly!!! some times its get freezed .Need more options like advance money request and approval from managers and integrate the same with payroll

Worst app i have ever seen. Technical support team also not good. Maximum users facing problem "location not found", few users able to punch in punch out from any location whereas i only asign 1location to that user. Matrix team are trying to resolve from last 1month, but till not resolve. We are very dissatisfied to use this app.

All time worst app in the Google Play store is This app only....... Every time when I wants to check my attendance, it shows an error message like Network Unreachable. There is no network issues at home or work place. I'm streaming HD also with my mobile network but this app is that error daily. There is no minus stars like -1star, -2star, -3star. That's why I'm giving 1star......

DO NOT BUY THIS. They charge for installation every time the PC version crashes. This solution will cost you a lot over the course of time. The dealer and company will provide no service support and will simply ask for money if anything happens to PC version. Also, there are lot of problems in mobile app version. I reported multiple issues over time.

The app seemed to be attractive but in operations it's not working as expected. During out time it is always hangs and does not work. Taking out time as it's own. I request the app development team to look into it and improve it. I will change my star ratings later.
