I don't know why, but every time I try to log into this app, it always fails at least 5 times before it will actually log in. I have updated it over and over, but that never fixes the issue. I wish this issue would be fixed so I can male my appointments and read test results in a timly manner. I have almost missed virtual appointments multiple times due to this issue.

Developer needs to reintroduce "always on" for location access for appointment arrival to work. It hasn't worked for over a year now. A dark mode should also be implemented. I have to login several times before the app recognizes me as being logged in. You need to set up biometric authentication for login. This would help with the login process significantly. For a $5 billion company your UX is terrible and in need of a lot of work. Look to Epic's portal app for examples of how to do it well.

The app is absolutely worthless, it won't let me scroll down the full page to try and view my appointments currently and this isn't the only time I've had issues of some kind trying to use it for simple general use.. it's absolute rubbish!

Was supposed to have an appointment today, 6/27, and when I went to view it in the app, my appointment was no longer there. I called my Mayo and they said that my appointment had been changed (to yesterday) on my end from the app. I was notified 6/23 for a sooner time option and had clicked on the link to look at it in the app, but I never clicked to change the appointment. I never got a notification about a changed time nor any confirmation. I have to wait ANOTHER month to go in now. Thanks app

Fantastic app. Only issue is notification of a new message remains even after I've opened / responded to the message. Very happy with it. Saves a lot of time and effort interfacing with Mayo staff:-)

The latest version is not as user-friendly as the previous version. For instance, when viewing lab results, hitting the back button sends me back to the top of the list, so I have to endlessly scroll back down each time. It also takes about twice as many clicks just to log into the app. Appointments are not front and center as they should be. No "dark mode" possible either, regardless of system settings.

Okay, I downloaded this app when I moved to MN in August. It was SO EASY TO USE, could use the phone's dark mode, and was not slow at all. Now, nothing is willing to load, slow as hell, I can't message doctors because it won't load the messages, it's so bright that I have to turn my brightness all the way down(I am autistic and sensitive to light) which doesn't help at all and the app refuses to use dark mode, and the back button to the phone itself closes out the app. I also lost patient notes!

Updated 1.30.24- been having a horrible time even using the app due to constant crashes. Uninstaller cause it's absolutely maddening! I would probably not give it 5 stars, it's not very user friendly, too complicated to find things & it's very inconsistent when it actually works. Ill get an email that I have a message or new lab result, go into the app & it's not there.
