The Basic version of MeisterTask is free. You can try the Pro Plan free once for two weeks after signing up. If you enjoy your Pro trial, do nothing, and your membership will automatically continue as an auto-renewing month-to-month subscription. You can cancel anytime via the app store.
If you subscribe via Google Play: Payment will be charged to your Google Play Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off before the end of the current period. The account will be charged for renewal after the end of the current period at the rate of your selected plan above.
Subscriptions may be managed by the user, and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user’s Google Play Subscription Settings on the device.

This used to be a great app. They got big. They lock you out of your account.Quite a bit on the desktop, they have 0 customer service or help. It's all through email and they never get the problem fixed. I would not invest time, nor your company into this app. They're money hungry.They always force updates, and when the updates happen, it takes months to correct the bugs. I will be moving to a different app.As soon as possible was on this app for 7 years. A 100% lack of customer service

I love meistertask for desktop. The web browser version of meistertask has had me subscribed for 5 years. However, this mobile version is the worst coded app I've used all year. I could have built a better performing app with a $4k budget. There must be so. E issues on data limits with their api because projects with alot of tasks get stuck loading. When loading goes beyond 30 seconds, I don't consider it usable. The truth is, the over all interface experience is unusable as well. Beta app

Disappointed. I have used Meistertask for several years. A few months ago (January), the Outlook mobile integration stopped working. I used this feature frequently. I contacted support & was told they were aware of the issue & were working on it. It's nearing May now and it still isn't working. They are still touting Outlook mobile integration on their website, knowing it doesn't work. I'm ending my subscription. Trello offers the features I want, plus they offer a 75% discount for non-profits.

ALMOST great. Couple of things it could use that I think are pretty easy to put in: the widgets are truly and practically unusable and the integration with the S pen would be awesome to be able to write notes on the go. The software is already embedded in the phone, so should be simple enough. There is only one option for widget and it only allows ONE task to be pinned at a time, so you have to create a widget for every single task. Kinda annoying.

just started using this app as a way of keeping myself and my husband on tasks with our fixer-upper. It has clear graphics, solid organizational layout and it is just as satisfying to place the listed task in a column as it is to cross it off a list! the Free version offers enough features for us now, and is convenient. good layout on phone, tablet & computer. highly recommend

I really wanted to love this app. The backgrounds are lovely and the app is easy to use. Unfortunately, two things made me unsubscribe from the pro version and make me think about leaving the app: inability to see tasks in a calendar view; inability to hide or reorder the notification tab. If I have no notifications, it is an ugly icon and useless to see every time. I wish I could hide it, like on the desktop or make the "my tasks" come up first. I guess I am going to have to go back to Asana.

Just started using for myself. Convinced my company (small) to purchase, bundled with MindMeister. I like it so far. Mostly been using it on the phone. 2 suggestions: Hard to create/integrate tasks from MindMeister into TaskMeister the way you can on the desktop. I can create a project, and tasks within that project, and checklists within that task. That's great! I wish I could assign specific people to the checklist items or multiple people to the tasks. Maybe I'm not using optimally, yet.

Have been using meistertask for years. Am incredibly disappointed that no one has been able to assist me since the latest upgrade. It no longer allows me to edit or add tasks to an already shared project, even though both accounts are on the pro version. Sent a response to meister after going back and fourth for a while now to issue me a refund on both accounts so I could look for replacement app, but still no response.
