Just had to ruin a good thing. The Coupon system totally ruined. Before when you had the barcode for your account and the daily Coupon all on one page it just made sense. The cashier scanned both and all was good. And now you have the Coupon on a banner on the home page and it completely blends in with everything else going on. I feel bad for the older shoppers that will have a hard time figuring it out.

This new app sucks. Once you've entered your credit card information it takes you to a store shipping address confirmation, when you hit confirm, nothing happens. You go back to where you've entered your payment information. There are no additional buttons to confirm and finalize payment. This needs to be fixed. Way easier just to go to the store and buy what you need. What a waste of time!

Not impressed with the app. Able to search and looks for what I need. What I can't do is input my card information into the app stating there is an encrypted error when it's not. Something needs to be resolved to add any card including debit/credit combined as they are valid cards that are used to be purchased as well

The new app is really a downgrade to what we had before. I can't even make it through a category without the app crashing, which also removes promo codes from my cart entirely when it does. The new layout hides coupons and even hides your membership making it a giant pain everytime I go into the store. The older version had its own issues but I'd rather rhave it back than continue using this new one.

I'm trying to save a particular colour yarn so I remember which one I need to buy but it only saves the first one on the list. Completely useless wish list/favorite lists. I haven't been able to purchase anything online for months. I can't take advantage of the online only coupons. So frustrating.

I hate your new "update". It won't save my card to wallet, it won't even let me pay with my card. It either says "encryption error" - a fault on your end - or it spins and spins without registering my card for one-time payment. I've uninstalled and reinstalled several times, nothing works. I USED TO use the app to take advantage of online coupons, now I feel like I'm being punished by your stupid app, or forced to sign up for and use PayPal. Seriously, you need to fix this ASAP.

Can't log in to my rewards account (says account doesn't exist, when it does), and can't save my card info to place an order (I've added all my info to the "add debit/credit card" popup, hit save, popup doesn't close, and when I close it by clicking the x in the top corner, my card info hasn't been input)

App does not allow me to make purchases, keeps telling me "sorry, we cannot process your transaction. The operation couldn't be completed" Makes it very frustrating when a fair amount of coupons or offers are in app only :/
