They removed the cloud gaming app that was mostly functional, and said they moved it to the Xbox app, but since the transition I've been unable to play on mobile. Impossible to get a hold of any support to actually fix this issue. Been using the cloud gaming app for more than a year without issue, other than the occasional server crashes. Glad I paid for the ultimate to not be able to use it.

Disappointed! I upgraded my longtime gold membership to ultimate for the mobility almost 2 years ago to not have a big screen on with a sleeping partner. At home, on my phone, I can play my games on the xbox just fine through the local wifi. Away, not always so because of connections. Wasn't this one of the points of cloud gaming? Now, cloud is removed. I thought Microsoft was moving away from the need for hardware? Shameful to promote something to take it away. Grounded to the box again!

Update: App keeps crashing while trying to save edited captures to my phone gallery 🤷🏼 please fix! I've uninstalled and reinstalled and still having so crash every single time. Forced to screen record Love this app! My only issue is that it keeps freezing when I try to edit my captures or save vidoes of gameplay to my gallery. I just uninstalled and reinstalled the app as well as restarted my phone (S21) so I will see if that fixes the problem. If it does I will update my review to 5 stars.

I can't sign in on the Xbox app that I've been using on my Galaxy S21 for a couple of years now. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app, and to no avail I continue to get the same message displayed within the app "Enter the code on your TV", but there is no code, and I cant sign in. This makes it a hard task to access clips and screenshots off of my console through the app. I paid for the Xbox Series X and every game I own digitally or on disc. Accessing the app shouldn't be a mission impossible.

I was forced to switch from GamePass App to this one and it's a complete downgrade. Less intuitive design, more own advertising shoved in your face (reminds me on the last Netflix update...), and for the worst part it got rid of the 'Play Later' option or hid it that well that I couldn't find it... I understand that maintaining two apps is not very sensible but this horror of a design choice made me think about ending my subscription..

This app doesnt even open half the time. The Gamepass app directs you to this app now, but it has none of the same functions. The entire point of the Gamepass app is that it's a cloud gaming portal. I can look at the Gamepass catalogue anywhere, you can't reliably stream games with this app. Additionally, you cant change anything about your account at all. The site is beyond broken. I tried to gift a 1-month sub and it kept getting changed to 3 months at check out. Website times out constantly.

Errors on errors on errors , I'm a content creator who's ability has been limited to slim to none by the error filled app. Have a nice clip you want to share? Good luck because this app will error 8/10 x you try to save clips. And if it does work it's 5 days out the month and the rest you cannot download your clips . Has always been this way since release on every mobile device I use. You need to fix this Microsoft. It's been yrs since this app was released

Great app! I've played remotely on my phone, even without a controller! It is so fun to play games like Diablo 2, and I rarely have issues even though my connection is 2.4 when it suggests 5G. A small fix I'd suggest is to make the basic controls mimic the xbox controller less because I feel like it would give a better reaction time, and reaction time is everything in a game.
