I like this app in general. I think the security needs to be tighter, it opens up automatically on stored lists which I would prefer to remain private and I can't see how to stop this. Secondly, a count-up feature would be good. If we ought to confess both deed and number, being able to record how many times we have committed that particular sin would be useful. Plus a miscellaneous note pad at the end of the list would be useful for other items not included in the app.

The best confession app for English speaking Roman Catholics I've found, and I've checked out everything I could find. It allows you to save your session and then reopen it to add changes or enter new content, and then walks you through your confession. At least give it a try! Once I found out how to add new sins it had everything I wanted.

The best of the best in my experience. An examination tab goes through the 10 commandments and subpoints. Each point has a check box to select if applicable. Any boxes checked are displayed in a second tab labeled "Sins". Additionally there is a plus sign that may be used for additional sins on the conscience. There's a third tab titled "Walkthrough" - most helpful. It scripts the event with words of the priest & yourself, displays the sins, & includes the confiteor prayer. Excellent !!!

This is a very helpful, great app! I've used several other apps and this Is the best one yet. I heard about it on a Catholic podcast. I take it with me and helps as a list and reminder of prayers, how to go to confession, if you haven't been in awhile, even if you go regularly. Thank you for this confession assistant! I have used this app for awhile, it's great to add sins that don't fit the ones listed, but can you allow us to edit, so we can modify the wording, instead of adding a new one.

This made me confession so much easier and I was able to clearly communicate without excuses or being overly wordy. So grateful! I do wish it had the ability to scroll down and see all of your saved sins. Worried I'd forget something because of the screen size. Many thanks and God bless for doing this!

This app is very helpful and flexible. As a new convert and a chronically scrupulous individual I find it makes the Sacrament of Penance much more manageable. I would definitely give it a try to see if it helps you

I use it all the time. It direct and to the point. The interface looks dated, but it's still a fine tool. *** please update to the better version of the act of contrition***

It covers what we need to say and give us a check list of sins we may have committed that we may or may not be aware of or remember. The checked sins are then put in an easy to follow list below the words we shoukd say and we just need to follow the rest. It was very helpful as I don't always remember the order of things, or all the words to the final prayer.
