Auto sleep mode is still too noisy for falling asleep, so I end up manually turning the thing off at night and turning it back on in the morning (when I remember). Update 12/2024: We've had our Mila's for a couple of years now (purchased spring of 2022). Two of our three stopped connecting to the app and don't function at all. The third one connects to the app intermittently for manual control, but otherwise runs at minimum. I would have expected more longevity for the cost per unit.

You're really good machines at cleaning the air however the internal sensor showing the air quality index in the room is a little strange. I have two units that set less than 8 ft apart and they read differently. so I think this quality control side is a little bit iffy. as far as the unit itself they are excellent at doing their job.

Pros: Easy to set up and connect with the device. Very informative and easy to control the device through the app. A lot of modes to choose from. Cons: Tend to disconnect sometimes. Could be more user friendly

I love my Mila air cleaners (I have 5!), and I love that that app continues to get updates and improvements.

There is a lot to improve. The experience is good overall but the login process is upsetting. It logs me out once in a while and I have to manually enter the details. Autofill info from lastpass or Google doesn't work.

4 years into owning a Mila (5th unit too btw) they still someone constantly log you out if the app and haven't implemented password manager support yet to log back in. I end up going periods of not using the app due to having to look back up my login info

Well I just purchased, downloaded the app and set up an account. I can't even login. It's giving me a chain validation failed. Bad start.

I wish we had a feature to cap the fan speed without having to go in and set it to manual mode and then back to automatic after. It is so loud at maximum speed and the app doesn't remember login information so it's annoying to have to keep logging in each time. I've already replaced the unit in my kitchen due to noisy bearings once, and it sounds like they are worsening again. The app also sends unhelpful environmental notifications more often than it used to, even after turning them off in-app.
