Yet another app. Why can't it just be one app for the entire country? Why do I have to pay a convience fee? I don't pay a convience fee for cash or cards so why the app? It isn't really that convient at all it is quite a lot of faff every tine I park I have download yet another app. Enter all my details again. Check with the bank app. They painful very terrible app.

Unable to use GPay or Apple pay, dispute signage saying otherwise. Inputting all your card friend is the only option to pay and don't carry a card. 1 star as couldn't park, not apps issue but there is no other option to pay now other than the app at parking locations.

Due to a very poor signal in North Norfolk this app was unusable, so having to pay for parking via card. This app worked well where there was a signal available, so very hit and miss. Very frustrating situation due to poor or lack of internet service in North Norfolk on the part of my network provider. Found this app worked well when there was a good signal available. Remember these parking apps are dependent on recieving a good signal to work properly.

it sometimes takes several attempts to log onto the site to pay the parking! my advice. carry small change for the parking meter!

Dreadful app. Myself and 4 others were all stood around a pay machine trying to get this app to work. Frequent errors and when you finally get to book parking it's hit and miss if it finds carparks or time slots. Adding a new vehicle doesn't select that vehicle so it's really easy to book a previous vehicle. As I just found out..

Every time I got to the payment confirmation page the app stops working and kicks me out. This happened 4 times. It looks like the payment has gone through (checked on my banking app) but couldn't access the app to check times etc. Gave up in the end.. Please sort out the crashes. Makes parking almost impossible for someone when never has any change. So frustrating. Uninstalled.

It's very annoying to have to download an app, just to park once, in a place you'll never need to park again. It would be much better to be able to do it through the website. I understand why people might download it if they park in the same place often, but annoying to be forced to. The app didn't work on my wife's phone, so after messing about with that for a few minutes we had to install it on mine. It took far too long to park.

Charged a "convenience fee". It is more convenient for the parking operator to have payment through the app rather than cash in the machine yet I am charged for making it more convenient for them which I think is an absolute rip off. This fee was also not clearly signed on the machine, there were even signs up encouraging use of the app.
