Waste of money. Paid for 3 hours of cleaning and it looked like it was barely 1 hour of cleaning. Total scam. Pretty sure they broke my TV, too. Can't do anything to help me either (but I guess I was dumb for even trying). Awful company.

It is very easy to make a reccurent reservation. Not possible to cancel it from the app. It is easy to add your payment card. Not possible to remove it from the app. You need to contact the app support to get such basic functions done. (Once you click on the reply, the chat disappears and no way to find the conversation again). I am out.

English review though I will admit my husband handled all the logistics and communication with the app.. While on vacation we used this app to have someone check in on our cats, feed them, and clean the litter box. This service cost 15,000 won per day which for the quality of service provided I would say was well worth it. The woman who came to our home sent many messages and photos updating us. She stayed the whole 30 minutes and my cats didn't hide from her. Very happy!

The lady who came was amazing, in a couple of hours did what I couldn't do in months. She was kind and dedicated. Also I only reseved for 2 hours but was able to extend it which is awesome cause I was worried about time not being enough. Pricing is good, service is good. The app itself is really friendly to use. 0 problems with this app! Love it ❤

Great and easy service. I've been using it for about a month and have been very happy with the service, especially considering how well priced it is. While the app is in Korean, for direct messaging, I've been able to communicate in English, which is amazing (and super helpful)!

It's a rip-off app and service. It goes quick and highly convenient only when recieving your reservation whereas toooo much negligent when you want to cancel your reservation. It would say that you only can cancel a service for this week if you booked a cycle of the cleaning service. Meaning the cleaning for the next week will come to your home whatever you do unless you call the service center for cancellation.

While I speak Korean, I lack confidence when speaking Korean on the phone. Being able to book everything via an app made the process of arranging to have my air conditioner cleaned much easier and less stressful. The service was great and the price was fair.

This company has been messing with me for over a month. First, they quoted me for 320,000₩ & made me pay a deposit of 10%. I told them on the phone that I need to bring my refrigerator, dresser, shelf, bed, desk, computer, etc. I listed every single item. I told them I needed air con installation. They said that it would be included in the price. I double-checked this again to be sure the price was accurate. On moving day, I had to pay an additional 518,000₩. I don't have an air con. Bad place.
