A good idea but poorly executed. The FreeAgent sync pulls through every client name back to front, which their sales person tells me is the way it is programmed and so is completely useless to me. Also throws off a whole host of errors when exploring the trial version. The support is poor - no online help guide, they just want to sell you a £1,200 onboarding/training programme.

Very misleading, all false advertising; It is NOT free, it is a TRIAL and you can't even make a work order without activating a trial apparently. All Google searches show it as free, but there's not even a free version, just a free TRIAL. If you're looking for free, DON'T WASTE TIME.
