The app never fully picks up the orders placed at the first go. I've only used their bulk laundry service and everytime my clothes come back and items are missing. Without exaggeration it happens 'everytime' . You have to babysit them on how to run an aftersales check. This consumes most of my week running behind my clothes that never make it back. The staff keep saying human error and I keep paying a price for their errors. I'm going public with this.

Terrible app. My supplier WAH technical was absolutely incompetent and had no clue what I was talking about. I even sent them photo's of the door that needed fixing. Poor communication skills. Zero urgency. Zero competency. Uninstalling.

Terrible service. Delayed pick ups and ridiculously delayed drop offs. Laundry not even in good quality. Damaged washed items. I'd rather pay more for a better service.

Too bad shifting service, they came for 2 bedrooms only 3 labor, lack in tools of wrapping, not flexible to resolve the issues, not receiving the instructions in positive attitude, the shifting was cancelled in the day of shifting and replaced by other company.

I'd give this app 0 stars if I could. After giving them a second chance after a terrible service in January they just prove themselves again as being a terrible service provider!

The services are degrading every day . I have had bad experience with the customer centre and the pick up guys . They lost one of my clothes last time and they made me follow up for 14 days before any action . Nowadays they take 2 days to pick up clothes and at their own convenience . I would not suggest this app to anyone .

Very disappointed with service. We ordered Bed Linen N Towels cervice, our White Blanket from IKEA got yellow and even we returned back and almost more than week nothing returned. Also few towels damaged and spoiled, which we did not highlighted. I will not suggest to use Laundry services. And guess we charhed for service.
