Signed up for an account online because the mobile app doesn't have that feature. Set up my profile online and came back to the app only to be told I don't have an account with the email I set it up with. This online tool is exceptionally useful for me, and I can't wait to gain proficiency with it. So far, the mobile app is useless.

Missing some features available in the browser. I want to be able to group and ungroup items. I need to be able to change the arrow style to double ended arrows. Also when you first remove your spen if you have one, it gives you a brief list of what you can do but no clear way to bring up that information again. I uninstalled the app. It works better in Android chrome browser than it does in the app for me, for now. I had to uninstall because it takes over when using the browser on the website.

Wanted to easily import photos from phone into a board. I can't, but do appreciate that I could take new pictures (just not use existing). There aren't any support articles. I'm a big fan of the product, but the app experience isn't there yet.

I usually don't write reviews, but trying to use this app has been a complete miserable experience. My teacher said we needed to use it to make a concept map, but it just doesn't work. I try to connect two shapes with a connector. It doesn't work, I try dragging it, and it just moves my screen around. I try taping the two shapes I want to connect, nothing. I tap the small circle on the side of my shape, and it makes a faded connection, but it won't stay after I click anyway else.

I know it's a viewer but it's genuinely even tough to use as that. On downloading the app, I opened a board and all the instructions to use the app were cut off and I couldn't see anything in the box except the close icon and a couple of letters. Really needs a UX tidy up or just make the website responsive instead and ditch the app. Glad I only needed it to quickly check something.

No landscape orientation! This means following other people, who are generally in landscape monitors, is particularly useless. Also, most boards i'm working on are designed by people working on landscape screens so don't fit well in a portrait view. Lost an extra star for the product team not taking the feedback here seriously and asking me to register on their community forum to submit it again.

I've uninstalled this, because on Android there's no way to customise the cookie preferences - the 'accept all' option is conveniently clickable, but the manage preferences option is permanently obscured by the buttons banner at the bottom of the screen, so the only way to proceed is to accept. Not cool.

Only a viewer. And even then it often doesn't load so you have to open the link again. If you quickly want to make a short edit you can use the desktop view function of the browser app. works great, so why dont they make it work in an app.
