I used to be able to tap on the students' submitted pdf file and mark directly on my Samsung phone or tablet. However, when i tap on the submitted assignments now, i cannot open them on my mobile devices. The app on my phone was already the latest version. But i still couldn't open the files. I can only open from my computer. I struggled for quite a few weeks and finally decided to uninstall the app in frustration. After reinstalling, it was back up working as normal and i can open file!

My predominant teaching tool is the iPad. Google Classroom teaching marking tool does not work on iPad; whenever I open my students work with their annotations, I cannot see their annotations and I can't mark their work. What's worse now is I used Samsung Note 9 to circumvent this issue and now on my Samsung Note 9, the annotations do not save!! I have marked my student's work 9 times and all of it doesn't work. This is incredibly frustrating... Google please help I am at my wits end.

I wish the app highlights with any color or red, those assignment and activities that needed to be turned in or submitted, to help people differ those posted material from assignments. Everytime I open a certain subject, they post so many things, that it is hard to visualize which one is needed to be turned in, the to do list is okay, but sometimes because of many tasks, I often forgot to turn in my tasks. Thankies

The app is really good. However, there is a missing option that would make the app quite better! I would like you to add the option of the students' ability to reply to their mates in the comments section and make a notification for it. The reason I am saying this is because such a feature is only available for the teacher / educator, and not the student, which is a little bit disappointing... I hope you consider my feedback and reply as soon as possible! Thanks in advance!

I cannot open the app using my academic account. It immediately closed the app and says 'App stopped.' for context, I've been opening my Google classroom using my academic account for 2 years without a problem. But for 2 days straight this week, I cannot open it using my academic account. I've been installing and deleting the app hoping it would fix the problem. But no, I've been doing it many times already it is still the same result.

This app is normally great. However, others and I are having problems with our accounts on this app. Every time we try to log in, it sends us back to the get started page. As you could guess, this makes the app unusable. I am very disappointed to see others mentioning this months ago with no resolution to our problem. Furthermore, you have responded to those reviews that metion this problem.

I noticed an issue when sending a teacher invite to someone. When the invite is sent, the recipient gets an email, and they accept it. However, if they complete this process on the mobile app, the teacher doesn’t get added to the list. But when the process is done on a laptop or desktop, the teacher is added to the list successfully.

So much bugs and technical issues. Also, I suggest to put complete date and time when the students submitted his or her work. There are instances where teacher returned our works and yet there's no grades and said that we are not on time and that we just attached it to make her believe that we turned it in on time.
