Years ago, I loved the convenience of this app. Having recently switched back to MVP, I can now confidently say this app is utter garbage. The concept is still great, but the app itself is unusable. It constantly freezes and crashes. My first appointment simply disappeared, during my second appointment, the system constantly froze while I was inputting information, then completely crashed, but also wouldn't let me into the appt on any other device. Unusable garbage.

Good only in theory. 10/27/24 Unusable app can't even use the "tell us more" section to review so I'll say it here. It was kicking me out of "waiting room" so I missed several appointments. NOT cool when you are in crisis. And then acted like i could problem solve in that state! They only offer stupid advice like "turn off phone" "uninstall app". Now after over a month of problems and doing what they suggested and reinstalled it no longer even logs me in.

Almost impossible to use as is. I can't really do anything on the app because it wants to crash every 5 seconds (not exaggerating) and it take at least 8 seconds to load anything if it even successfully loads. I need therapy and you're making me go through this app to do that..so please fix this

The myVisitNow app has made my life so much easier!!! I have saved countless hours by avoiding the urgent care lines, travel, and waiting rooms during this unfortunate pandemic. I would recommend this app to everyone for it's ease of use, pleasant and knowledgeable doctors, as well as their customer support staff. I would give them more stars if I could! Thank you again!

Without this app, I wouldn't be receiving the necessary help i need for my mental health. I have a full time job and 5 children. Doesnt leave alot of free time for self care. I have really enjoyed my sessions with the therapists and psychiatrists on this app. Nothing but good things for me since I've started.

The doctor was delightful. It was very quick & really amazing that we don't have to take my sick children out of the house just to go sit at a germy doctors office for the same service! This is the best service I've ever used thank you very much! From a very tired mother who was up all night with 2 toddlers.

Super helpful. Doctor was great. I work in the medical field so I absolutely prefer this than a trip to the emergency room where I can pass bacteria to others. This is honestly a great way to take care of patients right in your home. Just be mindful when to use it.

Awful - dont waste your time w this nonsense online or app. either the website logs out, the dr. keeps declining visits, or something causes it to kick me out of line. Its been 6 hrs and I haven't seen a doctor. I get to the front of the line and it kicks me off, I go back on to the same doctor but behind a line of 30+ patients. I get this is a high volume time but according to comments this isnt even a new problem.
