User interface is very slow taking about 10 seconds to load a screen. It would be nice to be able to swipe left and right and skip through the day/month graphs but the provided time periods are limiting. Is there no user manual? There should be one. Looking at the other reviews, it seems to me that the app/backend development team need a major overhaul and more investment as the myenergi software is frustrating the users of it's capable hardware!

ecosystem is superficially good showing solar, grid, home, battery & EV charger all in one app at a glance. The mobile app & website both allow you to configure energy settings, however there are different settings in both & not available in the other. Some of the descriptions of settings are not presented in clear plain English. The system seems to make some random inefficient decisions increasing operating cost. Export to grid feature not well implemented as no minimum energy level to retain.

The app is very slow to load charging data if it even does manage to load it at all. I used it to track my weekly and monthly charges to calculate the cost, but it hasn't worked in month, it only shows an empty chart so the app is useless. And yes the app is connected to the charger, I can still see the current charging rate and live data just nothing else. If I wanted to see the live charge rate I'd look at the charger itself.

Using this for just three weeks and it sent me a false reading stating the grid was offline. The system unit or Eddie was fine as was the internet connection. Very unhappy and no notice of a system update. If I wasn't in the house at the time the app had totally failed me! Not happy and now waiting for it to fall over again, confidence lost.

Great bit of kit. download the app, and it tells you exactly what energy you are using and when. enables you to connect to better energy plans with your provider. charge when it's cheapest. can't fault it.

worked great for the first 12 months, now repeatedly reports network error . I can no longer see how much solar is being generated, how much supplied, how much cosumed, nothing. worse my car is repeatedly failing to charge during overnight low charge window. it is costing me a great deal if money. My energy say the problem is due to Octopus, that is not credible, it might prevent car from charging but doesn't explain why the app is repeatedly reporting network errors and failing to report status

App schedules do not work.. Yet again I scheduled a boost to both my devices to coincide with free Octopus electricity. The app shows the slot scheduled, but the energy usage shows it did not happen - the hot water tank and the lounge are both cold..

Good to view the information about .the power used, generated, and sent back to the grid. However, I find it not very responsive to use having to repeatedly select icons to get that function to work. Also, I find that the information appears not to reflect what is happening on the eddi diverted. It either lags or leads?
