The app is not user-friendly. It has a propensity to crash, even on newer devices, although less likely. It continues to require manual synchronisation, which can be unsuccessful due to innate instability, and it is difficult to keep track of which assessments have been completed. The whole point of the app is to replace paper-based documentation of assessments, to be better than paper-based assessments. I sometimes feel it would have been easier just to go back to paper. Sorry if this seems harsh, but it is my honest opinion.

Terrible design, terrible UX. Completely unusable. If I could give 0 I would. Documents are duplicated, there is no continuity in how they are organised between the app and the site making it very hard to navigate. Formatting errors make it look half finished. No way to continue documents in the app that have been started on the site. The only use from this app is adding all the timesheets to be signed at once.

Very dysfunctional app. Dashboard page is blank and there seems to be no content on it, though the menu is available. Paper and pen is a much more efficient way of recording progress

if I could rate it lower I would, useless app that doesn't sync half the time but crashes at any point, a large majority of issues in my university are single-handedly caused by this app alone. if your university doesn't use this app, count yourself lucky

Rarely does what it's supposed to. Doesn't sync sometimes meaning I have to go back another day to get sign offs completed. Inconvenience all round

Won't let me actually sync feedback anymore. It's says it is but just doesn't work anymore. Slow and terrible app

Doesn't save anything properly and disappears with all work written. It's truly a nightmre and I bet the worst university app ever...
