Seizure Alert Wear3 – MMW (My Medic Watch™) is a ground-breaking smartwatch app which uses proprietary and innovative algorithms to interpret data captured by smartwatch sensor technologies. By using innovative algorithms, the app automatically detects if the wearer has a seizure and activates immediate emergency assistance through a series of alerts.
My Medic Watch provides monthly and yearly subscriptions with a 30-day free trial.

Today people are increasingly choosing to live independently, in their own home, aided by vital technology innovations such as Seizure Alert Wear3 - My Medic Watch, validated by medical trials undertaken in Sydney, Australia.
If the wearer has a seizure, Seizure Alert Wear3 - MMW automatically detects it and notifies all nominated caregivers, without the need for manual intervention, and provides details of the user’s location. The app can also be activated manually by the wearer if they require assistance, simply by pressing a button on their smartwatch.

This process has four steps:
1. Smart Detection: As soon as a seizure occurs, Seizure Alert Wear3 - MMW detects it using smartwatch sensors and an accurate algorithm.
2. Immediate Alert: The app then automatically sends notifications with the wearer’s GPS location to the nominated caregivers without the need for manual intervention based on workflows of escalation.
3. Reassurance for Everyone: All caregivers are sent updates of the progress, keeping everyone informed and reassured.
4. Real-Time Data: Included in the user’s “Plus” subscription is access to real-time data for all related medical episodes. The user can also choose to give access to his or her doctor, so that their medical data can be reviewed securely, online.

With the My Medic Watch app subscriptions, the wearer has his/her smartwatch app running and benefits from being monitored all the time with automatic Seizure detection. These app subscriptions include automatic medical event app notifications to the patient and to the caregivers.

- Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current month
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current month, and identify the cost of the renewal
- Current subscription may not be canceled during the active subscription period; however, you can manage your subscription and/or turn off auto-renewal by visiting your Google Play Account Settings after purchase

So far, some technical issues to start, and some issues with setting sensitivity parameters, but customer service is incredibly helpful and respond relatively quickly, considering they're on another continent. Once sensitivity parameters were sorted, seizure detection and alerting my caregivers was successful. It gave accurate location to them as well.

Outstanding Customer Service, we are just starting to use the app. That being said the customer service is amazing. I emailed @ 7pm my time and expected to get no response, not only was I wrong, I was amazed I received a phone call with Zorina on the other end ready to help. I told her I couldn't go through all the steps right away so she emailed me not one but two incredibly detailed emails that instantly fixed my issues. Great service and I hope to enjoy the app just as much

When I first downloaded this app I had a few issues. I sent an email and they replied right back and with a phone call first. I did not answer it because I didn't know the number so they left a message and an text and a email. I had a seizure and the app did not send a message to my caregiver. They had setup a time for tech support to call. I also did not realize the phone needs to be within 3 meters. It works now. I would definitely recommend this app. The employees are really great.

So far our experience with this app has been great. The peace of mind provided to myself and my husband is invaluable. We did have a small issue with the icons on the caregiver app, however, after reaching out to customer service, we received a very quick response with multiple things we could try and we were able to get the caregiver app working to our satisfaction. We were very impressed with the response and subsequent follow up from the company.

App is ok...when it actually works!! last night I had a seizure and my app didn't aware anyone id had one because it kept saying I have no subscription even though last night I paid for my subscription...I know I've missed calls in the past from my medic watch but yesterday I called them and early this morning I've called them many times and it goes directly to the message bank even though it's meant to be a 24hr service....deeply disappointed in the end I will email or call you in the future.

Right now, I'm not impressed. I started a trial subscription, but my watch wasn't compatible. I upgraded my watch, and now the app will not accept me- I'm getting "Something is wrong on our end." So I might have paid a lot for a new watch that I didn't need since I can't get into the app. Update: after talking to the tech team all week by phone and email, this is not worth the time. It might be great for children, but not for adults who just want to track night time seizure activity.

Purchased this app to alert us if my son had a seizure, the watch was set up right with even guidance from tech support. My son had a seizure ... there was no alert to us on both phones ... checked phone and watch and both said monitoring on the patients watch. Seems an absolute waste of money and effort installing.

We tried to use this app for my 11 years old son. We were not even able to upload it on the phone as the google app does not allow payment from it. I informed the developers of this and they keep saying: 'buy a Google play gift card and redeem it on your son's google play account with his own ID' Despite informing them that Google does not allow this. Do not waste your time/money, it won't work for a child. Also, it seems to consume lots of memory and data. I would not give even 1 star!
