The rate me button went away, but none of the lower buttons work, for instance, MyQuest button. It still freezes and shuts down. Useless. App doesn't work. It freezes, and none of the buttons work. Often, a box shows up asking me to rate it, and the app freezes. I can't rate it, I can't cancel it, I can't get it to go away rendering the app useless.

Three stars for the information being there. Minus 3 stars (let's just say I rounded) for an absolutely broken user experience when trying to pay a bill. Even after logging in, the app couldn't show me a bill without a 15? Digit bill number. So I chose the option that I didn't have it. Then it required my birthdate, zip code, and either (an email address or phone number - either of which had to be on file with them) - so that they could send a verification code, which was never sent to either.

Biometric login straight up doesn't work and each time I close the app I'm logged out, so each time I want to view something, if I move between two apps, I have to type my username and password back in, open whatever I was doing again, then go back to the other app, and do it all over again when I go back. At least my test results are easy to view.

Now you can let the Quest app frustrate you just as quickly as the Quest website does! No, Quest, you don't need me to share my location - stop asking. No, Quest, I'm not connected to Wi-Fi - but you can still work with the connection from my data plan. You don't just need to give up and stop trying, I promise.

Super buggy. Partial results does not work right at all. View doesn't work correctly with partial results: it forgets older partial results from the same visit. Creates circular screen... cluck view, click view, repeat to same screen. This app used to be good, not so much. Book screen: is gray the highlight color or the no-available color?....how about strike-thru if not available. Too many clicks required to get to booking appointment.... there are just 2 use cases: book or get results.

Horrible experience with this app. I made three (3) separate appointments using the app and none of them transferred into Quest's actual system. So, all three times I was forced to reschedule the appointment after arriving for my blood draw because the app did not do what it was supposed to. Now, I make all appointments using the MyQuest website. This app is ONLY good for checking your test results. Period.

Terrible app. It has been only buggy for me. You want to see anything in your profile and send you back every time to their webpage to authenticate again only to not find anything. Seems they followed a lazy approach of turning their website into an app(Maybe react native or some sort like that). Also labs are tied to the address and if you move, you kinda lose your previous labs (horrible user experience)

It FORCES location services just to use the app. If I were using the app to schedule an appointment? Maybe. But it still shouldn't be required. And the app is no more accurate than the website. The CO2 level would not have been collected unless a CMP was done, yet history does not show the GFR rate, which is part of the CMP. But I DO have history for CO2. 🙄🤦 Uninstalling.
