I have some observations, that could be improved in the app. When purchasing an audio or video with credits, there is not a single trace that we purchased that product. No notification, no purchased items in library. To put it simply, if you don't search for the title based on what you remember you cannot find it. Furthermore, even though this app is multi-device friendly, when creating a playlist on a device, the Playlist will be only on that device, which is irritating for me. Please fix it.

I find the app simple to use, especially for me someone who isn't Technically minded. I don't have any technical difficulties when using this app. The audios play or run smoothly and I love if you don't have time to listen to the whole audio you can come back to it and it's where you left off. Great to have the fast forward or rewind button and you can relisten to your favorite audios again and again.

I general it is a good system. As I am quite Dyslexic, I find several sections far more difficult to use than others. N21 as a whole, they are great and always supportive. As for their phone staff ... they are always very friendly and helpful and have never made me feel incompetent or stupid, which does happen with some companies.

I am glad to be a part of a business that grows and evolves whenever there is a need. I am simply in love with this app. The only request I would like to make is to please limit the media sharing titles by the number of shares (i.e. 300 shares as applicable) and not by duration (i.e. 30 days as applicable). There are a lot of people who do not have large groups, and are thus hesitant to acquire the title for 20 credits, when they get just 30 days to utilise it. It is a very powerful feature of the application and it is under-appreciated, probably because of this limitation.

Am relieved to see N21 adjust to the 21st century. Interface is not entirely user-friendly to begin with;once you take time to look around it isn't a problem. Shared audio:I don't entirely understand the reasoning behind having to re-redeem sharable audios every month? Or why only certain titles are sharable? Would like maybe a written note in-app to explain. Non-renewal:any subscription service keeps in-app bought items eg itunes or amazon prime. Here our investment becomes void. Please review

Very good app to grow both --self and the business. One thing I want to say that after expiry of subscription, app should not stop for the old downloaded CDs. After all, earlier, purchased Hard Copy of CDs remained with us for listening and lending. Thank you.

2 issues: 1. Videos cannot be downloaded, cause even if they are supposedly downloaded, without internet connection, they won't play. 2. Please make videos listenable with the screen off. If I switch to chrome to be able to listen to them with my screen shut off, the audio frequently crashes.

Monthly subscription is quite expensive and it doesn't even let you access all the videos :( Besides, the app itself looks very old fashioned. Of course the important thing is the content, but I would be nice to have a nicer UI and better usability considering how expensive the monthly subscription is...
