This app is worst that ever before now, it takes too much to load, to go back to the previous page is a big problem. It's been a worst experience, I love Neolife but this app needs to be work on.

I think something is wrong with this app, I was unable to manage my back-office through this app I can't see my Monthly PV and also not showing my current Ranking, I thought it was my phone is doing rubbish and uninstall the app and clear my device and reinstall it again is still the same. Please fix the error as I can not manage any analysis of my business through this Back-office.

I like the information the app offers. However, it hardly ever opens, takes forever to load, and whenever I press 'back to previous page' it throws me out of the app. Then I need to login all over again. Very time consuming and frustrating.

Application is super slow and often unresponsive. Becomes infuriating when you "add to cart" wait a whole 10 seconds thinking nothing was added just to click again, again and again.

I can't help to say that this app is not worth any stars! So frustrating!! Closing all the time while busy on it. I have uninstalled it numerous times. When will someone address this issue??!!

With the current experience I am undergoing, I don't think this App is qualified to be rated with one star, since it has no sign up button. If one cannot sign up, how will one be able to know how it functions? The App is not accessible to people, so it purpose is defeated. The developer need to do more work to the App.
