SNAPmobile is a SIP softclient that extends VoIP functionality beyond the land line or desk top. It brings features of the netsapiens platform directly to end-user's mobile devices as a Unified Communications solution. With SNAPmobile, users are able to maintain the same identity when making or receiving calls from any location, regardless of their device. They are also able seamlessly send an ongoing call from one device to another and continue that call without interruption. SNAPmobile grants users the ability to manage contacts, voicemail, call history and configurations in a single location. This includes the management of answering rules. greetings, and presence which all contribute to more efficient communication.We utilise foreground services to ensure uninterrupted calling functionality within the app. This is essential to maintain seamless communication even when the app is running in the background, preventing microphone disconnection during calls.

Missed calls, only rings if the app is actually open. Can receive texts but can't respond, says no SMS number available. Calls get stalled and won't go through or can't hear the other person when answering or while talking, but they can hear me. Lots of static, poor connections. I use this app for my job, not very good for business at all. Multiple issues

The app will continuously freeze and I get stuck on the loading screen. Then i have to uninstall and reconfigure and then the cycle continues

Not responding, freeze and close itself off. I can't log off the mobile app because it isn't responding! Terrible app!

App has always had issues but after the last update it went from bad to horrible. Calls no longer come in unless you are in the app at the first ring of the call. If you are not literally in the app at the time you will not receive any calls at all. App freezes a lot also. Something needs to be done, can't get work done because app doesn't work properly.

Worst VOIP system I've ever had the displeasure of using. Constant connection issues, missed calls that don't even connect to the app. Anytime calls do come in the quality is either extremely terrible or it fails to connect. I've been forced to use this application for 5 years and im fed up with the constant applicatuon crashes and failure to connect to calls. Calls only come in AFTER you've logged out. If you want to provide quality service to your customers stay FAR AWAY from Snapmobile.

Im forced to use it and it is terrible. calls stuck like they are calling minutes after, ring tones ringing well after I answered the call (I have to talk to people with my bloody ringtone still ringing in my ear over the call), dropped calls, answer buttons rejects calls and does not answer them, Speaker goes out, clients loose volume to my voice, this is bloody embarrassing. How can you even pride yourselves in this app. Every single call has an issue of some kind. Cant wait to get rid of it.

Since we first started using Snapmobile in our company, the app has got worse and worse with each update to Android. For instance, it will often show people being on calls who are not even logged in and will show users logged in who aren't. There is no way of turning the app off completely without a force shut down and if you don't do that then it will randomly log you back in and the phone will ring; very annoying if it is in the middle of the night!. Also, when it is falsely showing someone else on a call (and that person isn't even near their phone, then it becomes impossible to answer the call yourself. Frustrated doesn't even begin to describe it especially when management has a go at you for not answering calls!

Worst phone app I have ever used. 1) The phone rings/stops ringing by push notifications. Half the time you answer the phone, it will continue to ring, even when you are talking to the person who just called you. 2) The app constantly signs you out. 3) I will be listening to music over a Bluetooth connection. After a call comes in, the audio to the music will change and the qualities becomes poor. This happens whether I answer the phone or not.
