The app does not allow you to add patients under 18 years of age. Thier customer service is pathetic. They keep telling backend team will book the appointment / call back but eventually nothing sort of that happened. I literally wasted one day because of it.

The 4.6 rating for this app is highly misleading. Tests were booked and the payment was made. People never turned up at the date of the appointment for the tests and the app now doesn't even show the booking of tests. Scam.

Worst service.. can't give minus stars.. never choose this lab... the sample was collected on 18th October & the report should come within 24-48hrs.. when I contacted, said this test is outsourced so it'll take 1 or 2days extra.. I kept on follow then up.. I only get the answer, the issue has been escalated to concern dept., & u'll get the report by EoD.. 3 EOD's passed still i'm waiting for the report.. frustrated 🤬👺😡😡

This app is a nightmare. It keeps logging you out or demands OTPs nonstop. But it can't verify them so you need to get another. Finally it says you've hit your OTP limit. The sample technicians are great. But the app needs to be fixed. Even searching for a test is a pain. It reloads or says no test when that same test appears in another search.

Worst service. Even after making the payment , I am unable to download the report. I have been getting typical response stating Software update in progress.

The worst lab that I have ever encountered. I booked an appointment on 18th November. Money was paid online. I received the first call for home collection on 21st November..... After that no response And in app it still shows there is an active order. This is a new scan on the rise. Local labs are always better than branded scams

Really painful to give this rating. The home collection was done on Saturday morning for simple test but no update regarding lab report. Even after communication no response. Need to contact multiple times for the reports even after making payment at the time of sample collection.

Does not work . To book anything there are so many mandatory drop box field and dependent field do not have any data to select. So effectively apart from collecting phone number of existing customer, app is waste of time and energy. WhatsApp used to work lot better earlier now with bots that has stopped working as well along with this app. Please put up working solutions than driving away your long time customers
