New update is not good as in the older version we can select the report which we want to view, but in the new version, all the reports open in pdf format of one accession. We even don't get the graphical trend of reports in new update. Kindly do the necessarily modifications

It says location not serviceable through the app (manual location selection in Bangalore). However, location is available through website. Seems to accept location in Delhi that shows up by default. Poor testing before releasing the app clearly. Have seen other users also reporting the error. No, I don't want to contact you. You need to fix the app properly. I'm uninstalling the app.

After the update when we click on view report there is a rating chart appear. When click on excellent another 4 option apper. At last when submit all these the message show as something went wrong.. When we click on skip button for view report the report will generate.. Please fix this problem..

Useless app, half of the time not working, every time wants current location I log in each time, Many bugs in the app . Can't access files , lately shows files and sometimes not, had to contact local lab for report.

Wish i could give it a zero star. I can not understand why can't someone use this app with developer option enabled. Not sure what's going on in dev team's mind. If someone is reading my review give an option to use the app with developer option enabled.

New Update not easy to use. Older version interface was very easy to use. I m not able to add same tests for more then one members.

Worst experience ever, booked from app, no order Id was generated and had to explain the situation to 7 different executives... I mean why i have to explain everything when it's their app issue...
