very poor app experience. app is worthless all bookings have to be made on WhatsApp where few people handle multiple customers at the same time. you have to wait for hours to get your booking done. App owners must have to understand that even if your service is good, if the bookings take half a day for one person then the service is worthless. very bad experience even 1 star is overrated for this app.

Service is good but the app and website are pathetic. No history of previous bookings can be seen in the app. Doesn't keep you signed in. Every time you have to log in with otp when you open the app.

Pathetic app. It gives only 10 seconds to receive and type the otp. Not possible to login at all.

Only Login option is available and it fails when I put my mobile number and OTP, saying user not registered. Where is the option to register? How can I download my report. Developers of this app are not professional.

App doesn't work properly. Whenever I log in, it won't even show the orders other details. Request team to look into it and fix the issues for smoother interface and usage. despite of commenting multiple times, there is not even a response from the team.

I have installed thyrocare app recently. The app is giving me dreadful experience. After every login, it get immediately log out. I think, the company is not focusing on IT but minting ₹ ₹ only. Please try to improve the app quality at the earliest. It has tonnes of technical glitches.

Useless app. Only for booking purpose. In other labs, we can view and download our reports also. Web platform is more useful than this mobile app.
