The list of medecines is reviewed by the app to remove unused items. Not necessarily a good idea as some items may only be ordered occasionally. Unfortunately it removes items after 2 months! I. E. Just when you want to order a regular renewal. In general a typicaly faulty piece of government IT. Poorly designed, implemented and tested.

Worked reasonably up until the last 4 updates. Now allows me log on and nearly complete ordering my prescription, then tells me it has lost communication with the internet . And won't allow me to continue. It also allows 120 tracking attempts by Adobe. Which has a shopping list of my private information as long as your arm. Analytical marketing and profiling tools. Over 20 items in 1 minute, not bad for an essential app. Clean up your act.

The app works for the functions that are enabled. It does not allow you to send messages or see appointments past or future. Not sure why we are being controlled so much when queing on the phone to get an appointment can be so bad. Update: I have to ask my surgery to update what I can see on the app, rubbish, should have a default access - send message, see health record and appointments. Now lost a star!

Needs a lot more testing, and better usability. The Android back button isn't used. Navigation in the app takes you to dead ends where you can't return anywhere sensible (eg Home). No indication of which messages you've read. And the app still prompts you for a fingerprint when you log out - very strange.

I have used this app for a variety of different purposes, e.g. ordering repeat prescriptions, receiving vaccination information, receiving and checking hospital appointments. In every case I found the app extremely easy to use and the information provided was clear and comprehensive. Apart from adding new functionality, any tinkering with the app would most likely be to its detriment.

Menu navigation could be TONS better, but the app is functional. A lot of stuff will take you to the website anyway, but this is slightly more convenient I guess. You don't seem to be able to download your own information though. I actually wrote a request for my own info to the NHS six months ago. Apparently it takes 1 month. Must be one month on Jupiter maybe

Installing app because of requirement for repeat prescriptions. Set up is convoluted and long winded. Just about bareable for the young, but this will be a real problem for the elderly though. Frankly a backwards step for prescriptions, and makes life more complicated just for the sake of it! But i'm sure the mass opinion will be ignored and overuled as ever! Plus login input the txt, what if you dont have a signal, dumb asses!

Everything about this app is abysmal. It's slow, it's ugly, it's a usability disaster. It doesn't notify you of anything. New blood test results in, notify the user so they can stop worrying? Nope. Prescription authorised or ready to collect, notify the user? Nah. I counted THREE different sections suggesting that's where you viewed blood test results. The prescriptions section is equally as confusing.
