All of my rewards points are gone. I had a stored gift card in there that's also gone. The new app is much slower and often hangs on loading screens for no reason. After the new update, the app is just significantly worse. The old app wasn't the best but at least everything worked. The app even advertised a "welcome" reward for a free side but it doesn't even work; per instruction: added the side to my cart, but at the top of the cart there's no redemption option.

Edit: Issue was resolved after talking with customer care. The app is flawed as it deals with people money, it should be fixed. But I like there food so I gave 2 more stars. I downloaded the naf naf app on my android device. I tried to place an order for pick up, on the app and during registering it wasnt accepting my payment info saying incorrect zip code. I tried again and it gave the same prompt, which was surprising as It was the correct one. So I go to the shop and order it there itself without the app. All is well, until I check my bank account information just incase and it has charged my card 3 TIMES! For the order including one at the shop. I am really angered seeing this as I never recieved order or payment confirmation but still it is a pending payment on my account! Please solve this problem and I will keep in mind never trying the app again.

It works for what it needs to do, but they send promo notifications every day, and it's really annoying. there's no way to say no to those, so you have to turn off all notifications, or deal with it.

offered a coupon deducted from my total them when checking out it said not available. very disappointing. it dosen't show any expiration date on the coupon on the app

This app is useless but the food is great. If you order on the app and there is a line they will not make your order until the line is completely empty. I watched people get to the store 10 mins after me and they got their food before me. I waited almost an hour for my food, would have taken 10 mins if I just walked in. Moral of the story: don't use the app!!

The app is horrible. I had multiple recepits saved from the last week. It would not accept more than one a day. When I tried a few days later the app said the receipts were too old. I really enjoy the food but the app needs work.

It works, but I learned the same night I installed and used it to go into the battery settings and disable it from background use. SO MANY ALERTS! I like the restaurant, but I'm unwilling to find out if the app will ever shut up on its own.
