I've about had it with this app. Ongoing issues with incorrect prices, the "oops, something went wrong" error which I believe is related to items being unavailable at the chosen location, and the most annoying is having to uninstall and reinstall app when the payment button does nothing when you press it (this is an every time I open the app occurrence). Love the food, but c'mon Taco Bell, do better!

App updated and now it is useless!!! Can't log in, can't pull up a menu! Apparently there are no taco bells in the entire city of Denver or it's surroundings. Used to love the app, but now it is just taking up space on my phone. Plan on deleting if issues aren't fixed Per the developers comment, it goes beyond the login attempts...I can't even select a store because there are none in the Denver area, apparently. And since I can't select a store, I can't even bring up a menu.

The app layout is generally good however it is difficult to come across the directions button. Would it ended up doing was not processing my order. When arrived at the restaurant the order was not ready and they did not know about it. The staff was very kind and patient with me. I hope that you guys can fix this and also make it to where you can customize individual food items if you have more than one of the same selection.

Very glitchy. New feature "check-in for rewards" has never worked for me. Customizing options on items DOES NOT SAVE. This is extremely frustrating after taking time to swap/modify ingredients on each item in combo meals only to not have it save, or worse, appears to save but then reverts back when going to pay. Which brings me to the final problem, paying with Google Pay no longer works. (Un)fortunately, payment is not too big of an issue anymore, since I can't customize, I no longer eat here.

Never had this much of a problem with a franchise app. If you're fortunate enough to get access to it you cannot open the keyboard to search, and after getting the employees or line behind you frustrated after assuring them you placed an order, just to do it through the speaker finally. The camera feature to scan your receipt for points stays blank. Good luck manually entering it without a keyboard. Unreal.

No dialog boxes come up for Google pay so you can't order. Can't enter in different payment options because it doesn't pull up the keyboard when you click on the forms. Reinstalling fixes it, but then you have to go through the cumbersome login process that no longer uses passwords. I'm not gonna reinstall an app for food that has shot up 200% in price over the past 3 years.

Can't get reward code never works. Online orders won't process and the only reason I get is a window with "Forbidden" listed as the reason. Couldn't complete the decades challenge as a result of this. Even though I scanned the receipt. This app is just terrible honestly if it wasn't the sometimes works convenience of it I wouldn't even use it. Should probably take some pointers by looking at the McDonald's app. It never causes issues.

If it works, its a miracle. I've had to order through the drive through because the app just does not do things you attempt to do. Pressing buttons that say things does not result in the app doing those things. Several bugs, slow and just buggy. My coworker and I often carpool for lunch and we experience similar issues daily with this app. Please devs, fix these inconsistent problems. I could mention several things about it as problems if one needs follow up.
