Even worse than before. *NEW* as in let's break new stuff. App crashes. Stutters when scrolling and gets stuck, hiding menu items further down. Doesn't load pictures properly. Doesn't display proper calorie count. Can't edit profile name. Freezes and gives sync error for Google payments. And just looks like a more horrible, childish design.

I had liked the app but with the new update the layout is bland and too white I immediately checked for a dark mode and did not find one available either adding to the issue. Also I liked the previous map compared to the new one so it is now HARDER to find a location not easier like the "A new look and feel" banner says I would rate it higher as I have had no problem with it but blech.

This app would be perfect to me if it put shredded cheese back as an option, grilled veggies/peppers back as an option, and made drive thru an option 24 hours a day instead of only at night, which is usually the time I'd actually want to park and come in. Especially when curbside is the slowest option. If I pull up and the drive thru is empty, it shouldn't end up with me having to go inside 15 minutes after checking into curbside. That's ridiculous. The screen is too bright now too!!

Another terrible food app. Do not bother. I filled all of the necessary requirements to redeem an offer. The app did not deduct the price from the item at checkout when I was at the final screen. One of the biggest benefits of using an app is the ability to order ahead. If I need to go to the restaurant in order to redeem the offer, it defeats the purpose. I am going somewhere else because I refuse to purchase from a company and app that does not honor offers and discounts.

It locked me out because it kept asking for location permission and I kept selecting "ask every time". And it then told me I was locked out because I've unsuccessfully tried to login 3 time. I did not try to login. The app kept opening the location permission oage even though I gave enough permission for it to work at the time. You need better programmers.

It has its quirks, but it's one of the better food apps around. I've used it for five years. To the users complaining about the pickup options, the individual stores determine when they do curbside, inside, etc. Talk to your local store about what's available when. And, the one I frequent is flexible on pickup. I've selected curbside but I'm able to go inside and pick it up. Also, even if you can't pick drive through, you shouldn't have a problem getting it that way

Complete garbage. Pressing any button has a 50/50 chance of making your app freeze indefinitely. After 20 minutes of fighting with the app to get an order placed without it crashing, they just immediately cancel it due to a "technical issue". This happens twice. Also coupons don't work even if you meet all their conditions. The app will tell you to "add a drink" even if you have one. All this just for them to get your order wrong anyway. Absolute waste of time. Get food literally anywhere else.

I understand the need to upgrade every once in a while, but the new version of the app barely works. Clicking into certain menu items will cause it to crash, it takes twice as long to load any pages than the old version did, and the customization screen to menu items is confusing and makes it hard to tell what is vs isnt on the burger
