I have tried using many apps, but find this the most versatile. My only concern is visualization - at least in the form of Gantt Charts - is there a way to convert the data from this program into Gantt Charts or integrate it with another Gantt Chart product?? I actually pitched the idea of visualizing company processes, files timesheets as a platform over 5 years ago and the value of it. I didn't have time as due to my pale skin in SA, I wasn't able to receive funding from Witwatersrand. Anyhow... I find Evernote and Nozbe a good combination, but it needs the functionality of visualisation.

Year 2023? Why widget can't be transparent? Is this feature even to be asked for? Very boring UI. No customization option for anything? Really? No accidental touch protection, if the widget is accidentally touched it is straight away opens the widget. Why? Locking widget, double tap or tap on some particular area to open widget? Such a simple useful feature missing :( waste

Great job Nozbe, this is the most all round GTD app I've come across, and boy did I search! One suggestion though, regarding Recurrent tasks it would be great if you added an 'end date' feature. Eg If I want to study each day during the semester, I would want that to stop during the holidays. At the moment it seems there's no way to do that (yet 😉 ). I plan to upgrade to the Solo plan in a bit. Cheers!

This is the best free personal to-do app I've tried, closely tied with Trello. The price is a bit steep for the Pro edition, and at a first glance 5 projects looks like a severe limit, but that is also the only limit. Task categories, comments, checklists, and integrations are not restricted, and unless you are really busy, these provide enough fine-grained control and enough sharing capability (via GCal) for long-term personal use. The UI is very nice, quick and consistent across all platforms.

This app certainly needs more attention in PlayStore! Best Todo list ever. Perfect integration with Google calendar, very customizable and flexible in organizing tasks. When paid, able to collaborate with others. Best app to implement GTD. Only, please add sound effects when user checks his tasks (Still waiting for this). 😊

This is the most useful app on my phone. Nozbe is the absolute best tool for implementing the GTD system I have ever seen. I have been using it for about 18 months and it has been indispensable in letting me gain control over all that I have to do, both business and personal. I highly recommend Nozbe if you are ready to start getting things done!

It is very useful app thanks. Only two suggestion . one: it would be great if you add some features for changing the whole project data implementation and two, is it possible to show the project progress by percentage or chart?

Haven't used the app in years and automatically got charged $96, there is no contact info on the page except a chat window. There should definatly be a notification you have to have approve the yearly payment if you like to continue using the app.
