The best guitar app

Used to be a great app. They took the slick, 3D looking display and flattened it to resemble something from 10 years ago. The chord finder is clunky and the graphics wig out; I end up with two pages of the chord finder tool displaying on the same screen at the same time. The main interface is more cluttered and more difficult to follow. Not sure what they were thinking with the "facelift" but it's more of a "face plant".

I liked this app very much -- it presents the information I need in a clean usuable way. Very flexible with great options. HOWEVER, one significant flaw -- I really need the ability to label notes with scale degree rather than letter. It's a lot more useful to me to know where the third or the fifth is rather than the letter names of the notes. That small addition would make this a five star, use every day, app.

I thought this app would be an interesting addition to my guitar reference/Info apps but am a little disappointed. I first downloaded the free app and then bought the full version so it would be able play the notes??? When I compare the screen shots on the Play Store page and what shows up on my tablet I seem to be missing half the info that I should have and it only plays the chords, nothing else. Also there doesn't seem to be any kind of help file so someone who gets this hoping for insight into guitar playing will be at a loss! All I can say is "Needs a lot more before it's even worth the "inexpensive" price.

Haven't had this on my phone in a while because it was just outdated and the layouts weren't great. However, I was pleasantly surprised when I opened the app and I was greeted with a new layout. Same app, just different placement of UI elements and I really like it! Good job!
