Contains a lot of bug making most of the book unreadable. Some book lost 2 or 3 words every 10-12 words. In the end, nothing can be understood from the whole book. Some book displayed content way over the bottom screen into unreadable horizon. Have to change the font back & fro just to read one extra line. Such a hassle just for a book instead of monthly subscription and no, will never buy ebook from this company again and will definitely not subscribe to a service like this from now on. Painful.

Need more update for resolve stability issue. After I updated Android newest version, the app didn't allow me to buy new book via application. Furthermore, I try to buy new book on chrome, yes it's success but all my new book didn't show in the application. So I can't read my new purchased books. Please resolve this problem asap. Your support team didn't make any change unless you UPDATE THE WHOLE DAMN APP!!!

This app makes my phone freezing. I cannot download my purchased videos and e-book. Sometime, I had to download again and again!! I want a refund. If you improve, I'll give you more score.

Poorer with each update. I have been unable to view any of my past purchases having followed all the advice given on the app. The personalised recommendations home page has now disappeared too, which makes this near useless.

Bought the book, trying to read on my android phone. And the website forces me to download the app in order to read. But the app can never been downloaded (download pending) forever... I now have to use my computer in order to read the book through browser.

within 1 month i would like to unsubscribe this apps..it shown able to unsubscribe in setting, however i try a lot of time, unable search any to unsubscribe! and it still.charge rm10 for the following month! i.had sent to email pubu regarding this issue but no one reply

You must fix asap the bug that doesn't enable download despite purchase. It seems your app is still not fully compatible with Android Pie, the latest Android version.

I sent 4 email to complain about my magazine not yet received which I purchased for one year but no one reply. Eveytime the latest magazine will not automatic renew to my storage, I need to sent email to ask for update the magazine. Very poor service.
