If I could rate lower, I would. I believe I deleted my account months ago, but I am being charged after a free trial expired (which I know I canceled prior to it expiring), and I've been charged $20 a month for a product I don't even use, and after fighting with the app for ages, I finally got to "cancel", and they're having me go through even MORE hoops to try and cancel it!! Judging from the other reviews here, it's not even a new problem, so do yourself a favor and don't bother with this app.

I subscribed to Numerade's free trial over a year ago for help with one question, which they didn't have the answer for, so I canceled my account immediately, wasn't charged anything until last week; randomly, $80 disappears from my account. It had been so long I had to go look up what this stupid service even is. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD INFO! They will keep it forever and charge you whenever they feel like it. There is no tech support, you're just SOL, its not worth the headache!

Numerade is my number 1 school app. It makes learning fun and actually memorable. I have a hard time understanding and comprehending due to ADHD and I find it much easier to go back and study things on numerade than to go over things in-seat. The video explanations especially help because I'm able to go back and watch them repeatedly, the practice problems and study material also are extremely helpful and important in learning for me.

I canceled the free trial days before they charged me and yet they still charged me the whole year. They don't have a direct number to calm is all via message or email yet they take days to respond and they don't even refund you at the end of the day. I can provide the screenshot of the charges if you like. Don't tell me you don't vharge when my account says different

I can't even log into the app, it just throws error messages at me. You won't let me view the material on your website either, even though I'm logged in there. The answer I need is RIGHT THERE on the website, why aren't you letting me view it even though I'm paying you for access? Why am I paying you for a service you won't let me use? What's even the point? I'm cancelling my subscription, this is ridiculous. I don't understand how on earth you think this is any way to run a business.

I totally don't want this app anymore, I subscribed for 7 days of free-trials,but when I am trying to cancel the subscription it takes me to the website where it doesn't allow me to cancel the subscription at all. I continue receiving numerous charge messages from my bank account. This is totally annoying.

Horrible app. Signed up on their site. After giving my payment info, it wouldn't do anything except tell me to get the app. The app won't let me sign in, sign up, or reset my password. Completely useless.

I am a paying subscriber, and have been so for a few months. Lately I cannot watch videos on the app unless I watch an ad or buy a more expensive subscription. WTH is this ?? Shame on you! What am I paying you for if I still have to watch ads??
