Worst service and app. I tried to charge my car from 3 different stations in the same city and each of them had some issues. The app would usually lead all the way through with the payment the you get no answer from the charging station. I tried to bring this up with the hotline(beware they only speak French) and they told me to just change station. Then the charging session on the app won't stop even when compelled to. I called for that and they told me reinstall the app. It did not work.
