You can rent a Renault city car or utility vehicle 24/7 on a self-service basis for as long as you want (one hour, one day or more).Are you looking for a fast and autonomous car rental? How does it work?
1. Simply register from the application

5. At the end of your reservation: Extend or modify your reservations directly on the app. Simply return the car to its original location!

I will never use it again. The "return to the same place policy" is unlike other car sharing services I have seen. The cars are scratched, there's animal fur everywhere. 5 photos have to be taken from different angles before and after the use. You really should take a look at how other services work in other EU countries. And forget about English support for the electric chargers. If it can't be disconnected from your car you're fckd. Luckily I've found a nice French speaking guy who helped me.

By far the worst car sharing app I had encountered. Essentially nothing in the app without the help of the desk. The pickup took more than half an hour. Drop-off was more than an hour long. Altogether a very stressful experience. I don't think this service is ready yet.

Don't use it! They show cars that aren't actually available, or that aren't in the specified location. You're gonna be in a risk of booking a car, go to the indicated location, and find out that the car isn't there, so you need to cancel the book, claim for a redeem, waste lot of time and not having a car in the end.

Unreliable due to many small issues including: location and battery level of cars shown in the app are often incorrect; cars frequently very dirty, uncharged, or in need of maintenance; cancellation fees not disclosed when cancelling a booking; €420 deposit per rental takes 10+ days to be returned. Cars in Nice are charged using low-kW chargers. They are therefore frequently uncharged or only partially charged and this is not correctly reported by the app.

Autolib was way better in so many ways. With Renault mobility you have to get and give back the car at the same place (!). There is no parking lot where you are sure that you can park you car when you reached your destination (parking is a nightmare in Paris!!) . It's not full electric (wait, what?!!). Last but not least, it's way more expensive than the other alternatives on the market (have a look at drivy for instance, you would be surprised). Another example of a big corporation producing a disappointing service that could have been good 5 years ago maybe.

Spending a lot of time to take photo of documents and correct them (because of not clear ID with selfie). At the end got rejected because the drivers license is less than one year old. Why not putting a prerequisite to user before they waste their time for nothing? Not to mention all of my information are already uploaded.

When you really need the App to function properly, it doesn't. Sometimes it's extremely difficult to start your journey or end the journey. Each time you're not able to lock the car, even if you call them, you'll still pay the extra cost though it's not your fault. Some serious update needs to be done.

Booked for 11:45, due to summer time change, the app just changed my booking to 12:45. Incredible. Then you want to contact customer service and the faq gives you a email address and website of Renault Mobility that doesn't exist anymore. Wow, welcome to 2022...
