Useless, buggy app that does nothing but gives error massages. After changing the password three times, everytime accepted with a green screen, it still gives me an error massage with "error password". I wasn't even able to enter the account. If this is the app experience, I wonder what the actual experience would be like. Best go elsewhere. Good riddance.

Super buggy app with even worse customer service. Rented a vehicle (which looked like it had been in multiple accidents), the vehicle wouldn't start, tried to call customer service and road side service for 45 minutes, but nobody answered the phone. Tried to end the reservation and rent a different vehicle, but because the vehicle won't turn on, the reservation won't start, so I can't even cancel it through the app. Who designed this @&?! thing?

Absolute nightmare! they've charged an extra 250€ I returned the vehicle to the correct parking space early 16:45 on 3rd August 2024 (five hrs before the agreed time). I finished the booking using the machine in the vehicle and then used the app to finish the booking once outside the vehicle. the app told me 'dada the car is locked'. I see the next day they've charged me 250€ extra for returning the car LATE! I called support and the women told me that I had returned the vehicle at 1pm the next

Absolute junk. Nothing works. Payments fail, complains about double bookings but does not show any bookings. Each failed payment is listed as past booking. Driver's license is manually verified, Monday to Friday from 9 to 5. Unbelievable that this is being published in 2024.

I didn't have any issues with the app itself, but, the car condition was horrible, it had several big scratches, holes, the back side of the vehicle was moving with the wind and seemed was gonna fly away. In the middle of the trip it wouldn't start and had some warning on the screen which customer service didn't know what it was. By the way, even the full insurance doesn't include big damages such as glass, underneath, robbery etc etc which makes it very dangerous to rent this service

In the past months when I rented, the app wasn't ideal, but it worked. At least I didn't have my reservations cancelled without notice. Now, right before I had to go to get my girlfriend from the airport, my reservation turned out to be cancelled. Also I couldn't make a new one cause app just returned "Something went wrong". I made a reservation via agent but the app couldn't get the car open. Also, they've put min duration of rent to 4h... So far the worst car rent experience I had.

Somehow managed to have a worst registration experience than government website. Lost two hours of my time for this only. Then showed up to my car, it didn't open - took 30mn for the customer support team to pick up. Got another car, was late to my appointment, and there was no incentive or discount to make up for the problems. If you plan on renting a car a few times a year only, don't waste time with this service

Absolutely terrible service. Ruined my plans when their system decided to cancel the rented car little after starting. They offered no solutions and kept the full amount of the rental; and even after calling several times, I'm still to see my money back. DO NOT USE, THEY WILL SCAM YOU AND RUIN YOUR PLANS. Even walking for a week would be a better option than renting through this app.
