비침습적 근적외선을 전두엽 피질에 조사하여 세포 활동을 및 혈류 흐름을 개선하는 디바이스를 제어하는 앱으로 사용자 회원가입을 후, 로그인을 필요로 한다. 블루투스로 검색된 디바이스와 1:1로 페어링 되어 장비를 제어하며 근적외선을 키고 끌 수 있다.
정해진 시간동안 광선을 출력시키도록 하며, 그동안 측정된 데이터를 디바이스는 다시 앱으로 전달하고 앱은 해당 데이터를 DB 에 저장한 후, 광성조사과 완료되면 서버로 해당 내역을 전송한다. 사용자는 월간 디바이스 사용 현황을 확인할 수 있다.
