I have completed one cycle of a neurocycle and have started a second cycle. I am very happy with the results of this program. I have greatly benefited from the multiple perspective advantage and digging deep into origin stories. I have been able to let go of some long held hurts. This is not an easy process. It is time consuming and can be difficult. The process is worth it! The Active Reach has really helped me too. Positive affirmation is a great tool.

I came back to this app to find that the mini neurocycles are no longer free. These were so good! I can't believe you can't even use the app without paying now (aside from the 6 day basic cycle). Edit: The mini neurocycles used to be free. I used it multiple times without a subscription. Resources used to be free well. I remember clearly what the page looked like. The only thing you had to pay for before was the main neurocycle including the stats and growth for it.

This has been somewhat helpful. A therapist I was seeing recommended Dr. Leaf's book to me, but the practical process didn't seem very clear from reading it, so I downloaded the app. I'm on day 21. The instructions some days have certainly seemed more helpful than on others. A couple improvements to make it more user-friendly: allow users to listen to parts of past days without starting the whole cycle again, and make the resources easier to navigate and download, particularly on Android.

I decided to edit my review: this app is unique, and the technology is catching up, however awkwardly. I'm in my 4th year of using it daily, and I highly recommend taking on the learning it entails! Using it has saved my life. I can direct my own neuroplasticity in the way no other service can teach - how cool is that! So I stick with it in spite of problems

The daily audio prompts is superb, going through the brain prep and 5 steps of detoxifying the brain, and support team is amazing. The issue is with the app, it is very basics, pretty much taking their webpage and apply onto app. If I want to go back to day1 lesson, I wouldn't know how. It would be nice if there is a list showing progress, unlocking each step. And the doc download doesn't work on app, I have checked all permissions. Some pages on PDF is blurry.

The app does have a few technical bugs for me; for example sometimes the notifications dont show; but in general I am very pleased with the entire idea behind it. It is also great that there is a web version that I could use! The support team is quite great; when I reached out with an issue with my subscription, they got back to me very fast and with a solution.

Constantly trying to figure out the problem. I've attempted to do three segments but unable to complete even one without the app freezing and becoming unusable. I'm so impressed with Dr. Leaf. The app appears to have fantastic information, guidance, and resources. I just can't use any of it effectively.

My story - I used the app for about two months. The information and exercises are great and very helpful. The app was a bit clunky and hard to navigate at certain points. Then they updated the app and I could not login. My email was rejected as invalid. I tried a few times that day and over the next few days, no luck. Really wanted to like and use this app but I can't. I contacted the Company but they have not helped. I canceled my subscription. Tried again today but still not working. ☹
