Every game I have had problems with this app.It crashes so often,usually as I arrive at gate and it asks me to try again and add a new password etc.This is very frustrating as it holds up the lineup.I am then sent to ticket window and they try and sort it out. The last game it took 35 minutes to sort out. I have only twice been able to avoid any problems. Today I am at home trying to re-install the app and have still no success after 2 hours. Never mind. Only 8 hours to go before game starts

The app, along with its jam-packed features are itself pretty good. The main problem is the free kick game which I loved playing. After the most recent update, the game has stopped working. It says, "Failure to initialize. Your hardware doesn't support this application." I have a Google pixel 3 running Android 10, and the game doesn't work?? Crazy. Please get this fixed.

It is hard to describe just how bad this app is. The cascading crashes every time I log in, the random list of tickets that pop up and disappear, the impossibly complicated navigation to get to the tickets in the first place. Real sadism on display guys.

Wish I could Like this more. I have had it installed for some time, patiently waiting for improvement. App crashes upon opening the messages within the app. Lots of other issues.

Very good overall, good interface, enthusiastic "virtual stadium" chatters, the support team, and moderators are useful, the app is slightly laggy at times, but overall it is good. Promo codes, Trivia questions, news, live scores and stats are all here as well👍

It seems I have to uninstall and reinstall to get my ticket for each game. After I get a ticket, the app wants me to sign in again but it doesn't recognise my credentials. I had no issues with the app last season.

Can't see my tickets. The android version is buggy. I can see them on my iPad which is not helpful as I need to see them on my phone to get into the stadium. I had to uninstall and then reinstall it and it worked as there was I update available. So strange.

It is useless. Too complicated, not user friendly and accessing my tickets is not working. If MLSE wants us to use electronic tickets and such then make sure it works and it's simple.
