The app is OK. I like that I can track my meals, however, when the reminder pops up for the next meal, when I tap on the reminder it should open the app but it doesn't. Also, I have to sign into the app at least once a day. This is super annoying. I should only have to sign in the very first time and then never again, especially considering I'm using it all day long so the app isn't 'inactive'. Also, it would be helpful to have the little starter book included in the app.

It's November... I continue to log in several times a day. still waiting, still happening. I've been waiting on this fix since July. Keep us logged in for a month or so. STOP LOGGING ME OUT! So annoying and hinders my progress. Just wish it would keep me logged in. I go to update something or see when next time is coming, and I have to log in. Should stay logged in for up to 30 days, not 3 hours

What the heck is it with all of these MLM apps? We're they designed by the same person? Seriously. I've reinstalled it a couple of times. Apparently the first time it's installed it sort of works. God help you if you reinstall it, because I think the programmer designed it to oun ish yo by removing functionality. Now I never get alerts like I used to. No reminders, and maybe, sometimes it lets me actually log in. Great features for something you need to log into into constantly.

Stop logging me out every five minutes. **Three months later: Still having to log back in to this app at least three times a day. It seems it's every time a change is made to the app; roll out a larger update all at once and not every single day.. this is so frustrating. If this isn't going to be fixed, allow users to select a box like "Keep Me Logged In". Let us manually type times instead of enduring this stupid rolling number thing. It's 2024, FFS.

Alright guys, it's crashing yet again :( Updated 8/21/24 FIXED, THANK YOU OPTAVIA CLIENT SUPPORT TEAM 🙏🙏🙏 Ever since the latest Samsung update, (last week) this app has not been working at all. What's going on? Is it on Samsung side or Optavia side doing maintenance? Many of my clients, including me, need this app to log our meals, hydration intake, weight, activities, etc... when will this be fixed??

When it works, it is very handy. Once again, I can't open the app. This time, it asks if I want to use biometrics. When I click cancel, I get a white screen with the Optavia logo.It asks me to sign in daily. Although not a big deal, it is annoying. I have added a meal, and it adds it 2 or 3 times. Some of this should have been worked out in Beta, I would have thought. Hopefully, the app will start working again.

TERRIBLE!!! I am unable to log in, it keeps saying wrong email or password. I've requested 17 times to reset password and they NEVER send an email to reset it. I've got several emails and have requested pw reset to each one thinking that would help. I have uninstalled and reinstalled 3 times and even sent an email. NOPE, they just ignore everything.

The app seems great when you first open it, but you soon realize that the fuelings are all timed at 3h and there's no way to adjust it. If you eat too "early", then the next meal time shows as later than it should. If you eat early (in 2.5h)too many times, the app says you "missed" the daily habit. And you can't unlock any of the other features of the app unless you string several perfect days together, which the app makes it impossible to do. Its super frustrating.
