In May 2023, a specific issue occurred where money was transferred from my Naya pay account, but it was never credited to the udhar app. Despite repeatedly reaching out to customer support, I only received vague responses without any resolution to my problem. This experience forced me to stop using the app. I urge others to exercise caution and think carefully before trusting this application
