Trying to deactivate voicemail with the app but I cannot even login. Would like to see if the app allows me to stop movistar spam messages as well. Please fix the login, I don't receive a confirmation code.

Venden productos como Movistar Play que no se encuentra en el Google Store Each time I try to communicate with someone through any of the channels, they hang up or don't respond. I got daily calls to upgrade my plan. 11/sept When I accepted, they hung up, after asking a question which was not answered. I've been trying the online chat, same problem. Movistar offers good products and services but knows nothing about customer service. 13/sept/2019 El vínculo no funciona y no responden en el chat

Everytime I try to select a promotion that thing doesn't go through. If you don't have balance good luck trying to recharge through the app

It shouldn't need a Google Services Framework AND a logged in google account to work. It is a cell service, but it sets itself up with the necessities of a data broker.

Appaling ... disgraceful, horrible, not even to my worse enemy ... call centre works like a cast system. Everyone thinks they know better. Horrible service, miserable staff. They make error upon error, you buy credit, they activate combo, without you even asking for it ... credit vanishes into thin air ....
