Slow, blocks whole phone from responding while loading. Also have to log into multiple sites and apps just to get tv. Both app and website indicate 24/7. Everything is closed at 10pm and self serve articles don't explain where to get codes etc. Iget you did not plan to have cyber event and have to move your customers to new services but you need to provide better customer support during this time.

Absolute worst app that is "required" to receive cable service. The app had never worked properly since day one. Three trips to my house adding an extender, won't help a terrible app issue. Searching for other providers options so I can stop paying for this headache.

Very slow to connect to network. Not really worth the effort. Most of the time is shows an "unexpected error occurred" message. Lousy for managing your network. Coming to expect this from OzarksGo. TV buffers way too much.
